We are able to advise fully and accurately on rent reviews analysing the building’s age, design and accurate areas. As well as the terms and conditions of the lease and local comparables.
We consider items such as whether a renewal is feasible or wanted, renegotiation of rental level and terms and dilapidations.

Rating
We can advise fully on all aspects of rating, are assessments fair and can they be appealed. Rating implications with regard to property alterations and vacancies.
