P&M Packing, Eastleigh
P&M Packing negotiated with their landlord, a lease on unit 2 with the premise that it would have a new self contained office area. We were introduced in a duel project management/contracting role to provide the scheme and construction package to build the new office extension.
The basis of the construction was to re build and re furbish the existing ground floor offices and also introduce first floor offices using mezzanine steelwork construction, without conceding or compromising the ground floor warehouse area.
We liaised with building control to provide the build schemes and undertook the fast track programmed construction on budget and enabled P&M to gain possession ahead of programme.
