Having created a successful commercial relationship with Micheldever Group Ltd, we were approached to plan a scheme to refurbish and modernise their group headquarters.
Once all designs and configurations for the offices and car parking were completed, our construction CAD layouts were approved and issued for construction.
We undertook the tendering process on behalf of the client and managed to complete the scheme within their financial budgets and also achieved our commitment to adhere to their timing requirements.
