Another refurbishment for Lindab UK, involving internal ergonomic improvements to one of their existing trading premises.
Numerous internal walls were removed and re built to provide additional and more economic office space, along with providing a new and improved interior decor and finish.
Surveys and reports were issued confirming all requirements for the current communication links, with recommendations for potential works to be addressed at early stages to avoid more costly long term capital costs at a later date.
Construction Summary
Demolition of internal walls back to open plan status.
Installation of new piers and lintels to support new wall layouts.
Removal and re installation of new suspended ceilings and modular CAT 3 fittings.
Enabling and temporary services works to enable refurbishment to be undertaken, with out introducing down time or disruption to the existing offices.
Full decoration to all ground and first floor areas including commercial cleaning.
