The Gould Group comprises a number of companies trading within the commercial services and investment sector. As part of its continued investment programme for the growth of the commercial property portfolio.
Unit 8 was purchased as both a long term investment and also to be used as our group headquarters. It comprises of 12,000 sq ft of manufacturing and production facility, allied with 2,200 sq ft.
The original footprint of the building at purchase stage was 11,000 sq ft, once possession was gained, a major re development was undertaken, introducing additional office space at first floor level, with out compromising or conceding production floor space.

Complete re wiring of all primary and secondary power, including centralised DATA and BT via dado trunking linked back to servers and patch panels.

Fully integrated climate controlled heating and cooling system above insulated suspended ceilings.
Complete removal of existing asbestos corrugated roof and replaced with high insulation composite roof panel system.
