Design & Project Management

An important part of our service is our ability to provide system and services design schemes to achieve strategic client and project requirements.

We liaise directly between all relevant external governing bodies and associations to ensure that the schemes and services provided are both energy and cost efficient and I line with all necessary commercial Health & Safety guidelines.

Our project managers are supported by our in house CAD department who aided with the latest 3D CAD CAM software, can provide initial scheme layouts for our client’s approval.

Once the agreed schemes are approved, we take these schemes through archictectural and building control and then monitor and apply all scheme criteria through the construction process to completion.

It is also crucial to ensure that any refurbishment or development programme must be undertaken with minimal disruption to our clients. It is based on this that we undertake all zoned de merchandising to existing areas of occupation.

With the ever increasing awareness of the environment, there are numerous new guidelines regarding buildings and building services that require strict monitoring to ensure that any existing building services, or new building works, comply with current legislation.
