Having gradually created a commercial relationship with Russ Berrie UK, we were approached to compile a scheme to introduce two new internal offices in to their existing headquarters.

Once all designs and configurations for the offices were completed, our construction CAD layouts were approved and issued for construction.

We undertook the tendering process on behalf of the client and managed to conclude the scheme to their financial budgets along with achieving a commitment to complete the construction with in their set programme requirements.

Construction Summary

Installation of all frame works to accept glazed panels and doors

Modification to existing under floor communication and power terminals

Re location of all existing above ceiling Heating and Cooling systems

Installation of additional smoke sensors in to individual offices

Re location of existing Heating and Cooling controls to suit new layouts

Installation of all glazed panels and doors in preparation for operation

Commissioning and hand over of signed off construction
