As part of our continued property support relationship with Horatio on Tower Industrial Estate, we were contracted to provide a full replacement window and reception entrance replacement option to two of Horiatios properties.
The tendering process was undertaken by GAM on behalf of Horatio and four selective contractors were given the opportunity to tender for these works. On receipt of all these competitive tenders, GAM provided a summary document identifying the commercial and financial advantages against each contractor and their product.
The final choice was then given to Horatio to make their selection, not purely based on cost but also on service and product credibility, experience and track record and finally after sales service and warranties.
Construction Summary
Removal of all existing windows and reception areas.
Preparation and modifications to the building openings to accommodate for the latest design UPVC windows and reception doors.
Installation of all new composite UPVC windows and doors, colour coded to the clients specific requirements.
Full final sealing of all site made joints between the product and building fabric, using certified sealants as detailed in our COSSH statement.
