Dunleavy Holdings approached GAM to provide a space saving solution to re allocate additional office space in a combined exercise to replace their existing heating and cooling systems.

After a number of meetings and site surveys, a space saving conclusion was achieved by providing a new ceiling mounted heating and cooling system, therefore releasing increased floor space required for workstation re location.

The systems installed were fully integrated and controlled by either programmed timers or manual operation handsets. The new system also achieved a more cost effective method of heating and cooling the building

Installation of wall mounted individual cassettes via externally mounted condensers

All electrical works to incorporate the new systems
